This ignited my lifelong passion for all things IT and Tech.
My father (now a retired master builder), instilled in me the art of crafting things with purpose and precision, a skill that extends into my design philosophy today.
Over the years, I’ve channeled these passions into successful business ventures, consulting roles and a deep dive into the evolving web landscape.
From the early days of HTML coding in pre-Google 1996 to navigating the myriad of search engines like AltaVista and Yahoo, I’ve developed an extensive understanding of the web and Digital Marketing, which I’m eager to share with you through practical, actionable insights.
My heart lies not just in the past but in the future’s potential. The power of Artificial Intelligence is something I also am very keen on.
As a proud father of five, including a set of twins, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and joys of integrating technology into family life.

I’m Erum, the co-founder and heart of Roots and Residence.
My journey began when I married at 20, leading me down a rewarding path different from my initial dream of studying Economics.
By 23, I was fully immersed in the world of parenting, raising three children, including twins and mastering the art of homemaking.
Over the past 17 years, my life has been an enriching blend of nurturing children from infancy to adolescence and becoming adept in all aspects of managing a home.
From efficiently organizing and cleaning to handling the finances and the occasional DIY project that add a personal touch to our family space, I’ve developed a versatile skill set.
I guess you have to as a Mom.
My ability to manage the household extends beyond just care and nurture as it encompasses creating a welcoming, well-kept, and lively home environment.
As a Mom, I’m sure you can also reasonante too.
As a homemaker, I’ve learned to balance firm guidance with unconditional love and positivity.
My role has evolved into one of a mentor, a guide and a hands-on problem solver.
